The Gastro Fafleralp offers an authentic range of food and drinks on our unique alpine terrace. It is located on the east side of the large car park on the Fafleralp. Around 160 shaded or covered seats await you for a relaxing break with a clear view of the Petersgrat, the Lauterbrunner Breithorn, the Schienhorn and the Lötschentaler Breithorn. An integrated children's playground provides fun and games for our younger guests. The restaurant also offers souvenirs from the Lötschental for your loved ones at home or as a holiday memento. Home-made sausages, Lötschental mountain cheese and Mutschli, Lötschental speciality herbal liqueur, soothing ointments and oils, Tschäggätä wooden masks and much more. A comfortable toilet facility with nappy-changing station is available free of charge. The entire facility is barrier-free.

Opening hours vary depending on the season and weather. We open at the earliest at 8.30 am, at the latest at 10.30 am. We normally close between 6.00 pm and 8.30 pm, depending on the weather and business. If the weather is very bad, the restaurant remains closed.
